Scope of Services
I provide:
- Technical development (websites, software, scripts, integrations)
- Creative design (graphics, branding, visual assets)
- Model making (digital or physical)
- Voice training (education and coaching)
A detailed scope, timeline, and pricing will be agreed upon before work
begins.
Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate information and necessary materials
- Respond in a timely manner
- Respect boundaries and communication channels
- Use delivered work ethically and legally
For voice training: you understand that results vary and depend on practice
and individual factors.
Payment Terms
- Pricing is provided upfront or via quote
- Deposits may be required for larger projects
- Payments are due by the agreed date
- Late payments may delay delivery
All prices are listed in AUD unless otherwise stated.
Revisions
Unless otherwise specified:
- Design and development projects include 3 rounds of revisions
- Additional revisions may incur extra fees
- Revisions must be requested within one month of delivery
Voice training sessions do not include revisions but may include follow‑up
notes.
Intellectual Property
Upon full payment:
- You own the final delivered assets
- You may use them for personal or commercial purposesI retain:
- The right to display non‑sensitive work in my portfolio (unless you
request otherwise)
- Copyright to drafts, unused concepts, and training materials
Voice recordings remain confidential and are not used for marketing without
explicit consent.
Cancellations & Refunds
- Cancellations must be communicated promptly
- Deposits are generally non‑refundable
- Refunds for incomplete work are assessed case‑by‑case
- Completed work is non‑refundable
Voice training sessions cancelled within 48 hours may incur a fee.
Limitations
I am not liable for:
- Losses caused by misuse of delivered work
- Third‑party service outages
- Client‑side technical issues
- Unrealistic expectations or outcomes outside my control
Voice training is educational and does not guarantee specific results
Conduct
I maintain a respectful, inclusive environment.
Harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior may result in service
termination with no refunds.

However, it does store guild data and entered information such as guild name, guild id, guild member count, in addition to any relevant or customizations settings such as moderation notes, or per guild configs alongside basic metadata like who ran the command and when the command occurred with basic command logs to enhance functionality and improve bug reports.

- Guild settings are retained for operational purposes, such as customizing
bot behavior within a Discord server.
- No user-specific tracking, analytics, or automated data collection
